Brandy Silva-Avalos of Ucon, Idaho has claimed a $1,000 prize on a Scratch game called Extra Word Crossword. Brandy bought her winning ticket at the Town Pump Gas Station in Dillon.

Most people on their birthdays enjoy family and celebrate the fact that they are another year older. Brandy had the same idea. She came up to visit family on her birthday. She said it was nothing too extravagant that was until she was on her way back home and won $1,000 on a Scratch ticket. Brandy said that she was so excited that she had to come up to Montana and try her luck again. She currently has no plans on how she is going to use her money.
