Jeremy Waldow visited Helena on Tuesday to claim his $10,000 Montana Millionaire prize from the December 14 Pre-Millionaire drawing, with a ticket purchased at Super Pumper, 902 S. Central; Sidney.

Jeremy is new Lottery player, saying he's only been playing for about a year. This is his first time playing Montana Millionaire and he won! He stated that "at first I thought my eyes must be playing tricks on me and I had to have a friend confirm that I won."

He says he particularly likes Montana Millionaire because of the excellent odds of winning a prize – or a million dollars – and he likes the raffle-style game and that there is a guaranteed winner.

Jeremy is self-employed with a portable grain cleaner business which he and his father own in Culbertson. He says he doesn't have any major plans for how he will spend his win, but will likely pay bills.

This was the final Montana Millionaire prize to be claimed. All prizes, including the $1 million grand prize have previously been claimed.

The Montana Lottery was created by referendum in 1986. Since then, it has paid more than $459 million in prizes and returned more than $210 million to the State of Montana.
