HELENA — The Montana Lottery is thrilled to announce the winner of the Quarter Million Monday drawing in the highly anticipated Montana Millionaire Raffle. The winning ticket, worth $250,000, was drawn Monday, December 1.
The winning ticket number is 131208 and was sold at Cenex Zip Trip #58 in Billings.
