The Montana Lottery has paid $104.5 million in commission to our retail partners over the years. Becoming a selling partner of the Montana Lottery opens the door to attracting new customers and building revenue from every sale of Lottery products.
There are two types of Lottery licenses: a Traditional license and a Sports Wagering license. Applicants pay a one-time $50 licensing fee for each license per location. The non-refundable fee covers required credit and criminal background checks and other processing costs.
You must have a permanent Montana gambling license to be licensed to sell Sports Bet Montana.
